Seifly Ride

Close your Seifly account

Seifly (Opulence Corporation Inc.) uses one account for the Seifly Rider, Driver, Rentals and Host apps and the Seifly websites. Closing it closes it everywhere.

In the app

  1. Open the Seifly app and go to your Account (in the Host app: Menu).
  2. Tap Legal matters, then Privacy policy, then Close account.
  3. Read what happens, type CLOSE and tap Close account.

On the website

  1. Sign in, then open Legal matters → Privacy policy.
  2. At the bottom, under Close your account, choose Close account and confirm.

Can’t sign in? Contact Seifly support and we will close it for you after we confirm it is your account.

What happens

  • You are signed out on every device and your car listings are paused.
  • Changed your mind? Sign in again within 30 days and your account opens again as it was.
  • After 30 days the account stays closed and you can no longer sign in. To reopen it later, contact Seifly support.
  • Seifly keeps the account’s records, trip, booking and payment history and saved payment methods, so it can meet its legal, safety, tax and dispute duties and collect any amount still owed. Only authorised staff can see them.
  • Trips or bookings that are upcoming or in progress must be finished or cancelled first.
