How do I request a Seifly ride on the web?
Enter your pickup and destination above, choose a ride type and tap Request. Sign in or create an account with your email, add a card, and follow your driver live on the map.
Do I see the price before I ride?
Yes. Every ride type shows its price for your exact route before you request, including any stops you add. Promotions and vouchers on your account are applied automatically.
Can I book a ride for someone else?
Yes. Save a guest rider with their name and phone number, then choose them as the rider when you book. The ride is paid from your account.
How far ahead can I reserve?
Reservations can be made from 30 minutes to 90 days ahead. Your card is checked when you reserve and is only charged for the ride.
